This was one of my first times as a wedding photographer in Nice + guess what? It was Nice. Sorry.
But seriously it was actually pretty nice. Anne + Jeff planned the day with the help of the super talented girls at Rock My Love, who created a beautiful blush pink French chateux garden wedding to host all of Anne + Jeff’s favourite people from around the world.
I also got to have one of my favourite wedding side kicks (Destination wedding videographer) along for the ride…+ by “ride”…I mean that Leanne is a fantastic driver + she was definitely didn’t almost kill us both with her stunt driving skills.
I love to travel + see new places that are totally new to me. It’s what excites me the absolute most about being a destination wedding photographer. Wedding photographers in Nice are spoilt by this beautiful golden light, lushious rolling countryside + cobbled little back streets, which totally fascinated me once I’d finished eating all of the food. I’d absolutely LOVE an excuse to photograph a wedding here again, so if you’re planning a wedding in the South of France, please do get in touch.
“Browsing through lists of high end wedding photographers in Nice left me nothing but frustrated…I had already seen hundreds of beautiful pictures but not one of them was really personal and true! Every time we look at them, we can see that people were having an awesome time that day, they laughed and cried and danced and celebrated. We wanted to remember every second of this incredibly beautiful day. Even though we couldn’t be in different places at the same time, we didn’t want to miss any second of happiness …or drunken shenanigans for that matter. And Chris did it – he rocked (and still rocks)!”
