i can’t remember the year i first met emma, but it was via myspace.

(just to give you a rough idea.)

emma + pete were the first couple i ever photographed, before emma’s career exploded (again – the year escapes me but it feels like yesterday)

it’s hard to spend an hour with emma + not feel like you’ve been best friends forever. we don’t see each other anywhere near enough + i still frequently refer to her as my sister. emma is comfortably honest. a trait that’s infectious + a total blast to photograph. i don’t think anyone could ever feel like they can’t be genuine when they’re around her.

emma mentioned working together on something about 6 months ago. lots has happened since then so i went over to their new studio to pay emma a visit + take weird pictures.

emma (+ pete) have been a constant source of support, inspiration + giggles through some crappy times over the last few months + i can’t “thank you” enough for sticking by me.
